Where I’ve been, what I’ve done.

I’ve kinda disappeared the last few weeks! Here’s a brief update of what’s been going on in my crazy life:

-graduated highschool

-picked up a second job

-training everyday and practicing nearly everyday for Canada Games

-travelled to the States for a wrestling training camp

Now I’m back home. I’m cutting a bit of weight for the final team trials this weekend, wish me luck! I’m pretty dang excited! (:

You don’t have to do the extra conditioning… if you don’t want to get better. But you want to get better, right?

Shoulder brace

Got a shoulder brace, physio is finally letting my back to full scrimmage on the mat after I seperated my shoulder. Hopefully I’ll lose the brace by August, I don’t plan on competing with it though.

Woot! Feelin strong!

I’m planning to bring double golds home from CG this summer. Hopefully one for my amazing team and one for all of the individual blood, sweat, and time I put into training.

Homework vs. Watching Battle at the Falls

Realistically, I should be doing homework and packing for my wrestling training camp this weekend… however, I think I’m just gunna keep watching the Battle at the Falls on the livestream and cheering on my team mates instead!

Go Canada!
